The Norwegian authorities require that employers ensure that all employees have received documented training in using work equipment that is considered hazardous or requires special care when used. (“Regulations on Execution of Work” no. 1357, § 10-2 Requirements for documented safety training when using work equipment.) This course provides a foundation and introduction to the safe use of dangerous small tools such as: angle grinders, cutting saws, bolt and nail guns.
